ASSOCIATION FEES & COSTS

Homeowners of Lake Stonebridge belong to the Lake Stonebridge Homeowners Association, a not-for-profit organization charged with the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing the Lake Stonebridge community. Lake Stonebridge is a "low maintenance" community where lawn maintenance, shrub care, lake maintenance and snow removal are just some of the valuable and appreciated services provided to the residents. The budget for these services is prepared by the Board of Directors of the Association and approved by residents of Lake Stonebridge at their annual meeting. The following costs have been approved for the calendar year 2009.

• A quarterly fee of $957 is paid by each homeowner.
• A Lake Fee of $275.00 is paid by those residents living on the lake.
• New residents are required to pay a one-time "Initiation Fee" of $590.00.
